Salmo salar and garlic
Fry slices of salmon with a bit of sea salt and lemon pepper. Press a healthy dose of fresh garlic over the fish and flip over. Serve with potatoes cooked in the owen or rice. A fresh youghurt goo like tzatziki is also nice to have with this dish.
